Naheni is designed not to read or store the information entered into your software.
Naheni maps the tasks, buttons, menus and navigation routes in your system. As staff work, it follows their clicks and progress through each task, highlights the next action, and helps them recover if they take a wrong turn.
It knows where a user is in a process, not what they have entered. When a field is completed, Naheni needs to know only that the step is done, not the value typed.
Your customer records, financial information, candidate details and other business data stay in your own systems, and your staff take every action themselves.
Naheni guides the journey. Your software handles the data.
Naheni never clicks, types, submits or approves anything. It highlights where to click and your staff take every action themselves.
The only text Naheni receives is the how-to question your staff type into it. When a question leads to a new resolution, only the procedure steps are kept, and only once they have been checked against your approved procedures. If you switch on the training record, Naheni keeps only the name of each task a person completed and when.
We map your systems with your team, in your live systems or a test environment. We capture the screens, fields, buttons and navigation, not the data in the records.
Your support history is how-to questions and how they were resolved, not case files or client records. It is used only to build and prioritize your knowledge base. Your guides are kept for your organization only and never used to guide anyone else's staff.
Naheni runs only on the systems and applications you approve, deployed by your IT team. It can be switched off for any system at any time.
Naheni answers only from your approved procedures and system maps. It does not take instructions from text on the screen, so a page cannot change what Naheni tells your staff.
