Naheni’s engine learns each of your systems, works out what completes each of your procedures, and maps every task onto the systems that deliver it, building the steps your staff follow. It does this for thousands of tasks at once. There is nothing for your team to write, record or review, unless a task’s route needs clarifying.
The engine learns each system once: its screens, fields and controls, and how its everyday tasks are done. This can be done in your live systems, because it captures the screens, not the data in the records. What it learns is reused by every procedure that touches that system.
The engine reads your SOPs, policies, manuals and resolved support questions, and sets out what each task needs to be complete: the rules, decisions, approvals and exceptions, and what depends on what.
Each requirement is matched to the system that holds or delivers it, and the engine builds the full sequence of steps across those systems. Each Task Map is tested automatically against its source procedure before staff use it.
Where a procedure is ambiguous, a requirement has no clear home in your systems, or a step can’t be matched, it is flagged for review. Everything else goes straight into your organisation’s knowledge base.
An organisation with 1,000 recurring tasks doesn’t write 1,000 guides, record 1,000 walkthroughs or approve 1,000 maps. Its experts answer a short list of questions, and the rest is done for them.

The SOPs, policies, manuals and support questions you already have. Nothing new to write.
A user login to your live or test systems. The engine maps the screens, fields and controls itself, not the records inside them. Nobody needs to show us anything.
A short list of questions where a task’s route needs clarifying. Your experts answer those, not the whole set.
If a task exists only in someone’s head, they do it once with Naheni watching, and it is mapped from what they did. No script, no video, nothing to explain.
When staff resolve a question Naheni hasn’t seen before, the resolution is captured and, once checked against your approved ways of working, added for the next person.
When your SOPs change or your software is updated, the affected tasks are re-mapped and only new exceptions are raised. We maintain it for you, so the answers stay correct.
“Before changing a client’s payment terms, obtain the required approval and update the billing record.”
When someone asks how to change a client’s payment terms, they get your procedure as steps they can follow, and can be guided through it on screen across both systems.
